Eden (2024 film) → Eden (2024 thriller film) – This article should be renamed to distinguish it from another 2024 film that was also named Eden. It's a documentary film by Christopher McGilvray. And the Eden disambiguation article should list both of them. Some guy objected to that, since the documentary isn't particularly noteworthy. And it's true that the documentary isn't noteworthy, and probably isn't worthy of an article of its own. But we should still rename this article, just so people don't get the two films confused. - Oppose from what I can see, the documentary you're speaking of does not have a Wiki article. There's no page to distinguish from. Rusted AutoParts 02:40, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
- Oppose Disambiguations cannot be made in anticipation of articles to come, the article must exist first. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 02:57, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
- The point of the move is not to distinguish this article from another article. The point of the move is to distinguish this article from another topic which doesn't have an article. - Burner89751654 (talk) 03:21, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
- Oppose per Rusted AutoParts and ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ. Wikipedia entries are only disambiguated from other Wikipedia entries, not from all entries in the wild. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 03:51, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
- Comment, in additions to the points above, the title of the documentary film by Christopher McGilvray is Eden. with a period and for WP:SMALLDETAILS does not require further disambiguators. Should an article on the documentary be created, a hatnote will suffice. Cavarrone 05:50, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
- Oppose as unneeded further disambiguation. Look at all the entries at Eden#Films. Thanks, 1isall (he/him) (talk | contribs) 12:31, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
- Is the other one notable? however per SMALLDETAILS even if the other officially has a full stop in the title it would still likely be ambiguous with the title without the full stop as the absence of a full stop likely doesn't distingish. Crouch, Swale (talk) 17:50, 24 October 2025 (UTC)
