Duplicate page -- author's name and pen name have separate pages
editI'll also add this comment to the duplicate page. The information on these two pages should be consolidated into a single entry:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E.J._White https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elyse_Graham
Reading the reference link on these pages I see many reports that Elyse Graham writes (or has written) under the pen name E.J. White:
- Stony Brook University (https://news.stonybrook.edu/featuredpost/stony-brooks-elyse-graham-probes-the-language-of-new-yorkers/) "Graham, who writes under the pen name “E.J. White,”" - New York Times (https://www.nytimes.com/2023/03/14/nyregion/an-irishman-takes-on-the-word-paddy.html) "Elyse Graham, a professor at Stony Brook University who writes under the name E.J. White," - WSHU (https://www.wshu.org/culture/2020-08-10/new-book-you-talkin-to-me-delves-into-new-york-accent" "... spoke with the author, Elyse Graham, who writes under the pen name E.J. White." - Princeton University (https://paw.princeton.edu/article/elyse-graham-07-tells-history-new-york-citys-accent) "Graham ... has also written a new book, ... (published under her pen name, E.J. White)." - Cornel University (https://societyhumanities.as.cornell.edu/news/elyse-graham-ej-white-her-new-book-you-talkin-me) "J. Elyse Graham (E.J. White)"
Also note that the author, in addition to the most commonly used "Elyse Graham" uses the names "Jean Elyse Graham" & "J. Elyse Graham" professionally (https://www.stonybrook.edu/commcms/english/people/Graham.php).
