editThe injury was a non-professional related injury. While it may impact his eventual career, it has not limited his ability to participate in an official player capacity with his new football club, photographed training in the first training session with the sports club. While the deletion mention has merit in the context of an injury suffered during professional competition, this is not the case. There are many precedents where players (Chris Judd for example) suffered serious injuries as non-professional athletes, yet enjoyed a long professional career.
