General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems

    Hook eligibility:

    • Cited: Yes
    • Interesting: Yes
    • Other problems: Yes
    QPQ: Done.

Overall: New enough, neutral, good sourcing, no copyvio, no other issues (provisional, given the likely expansions following official release), some comments on the hooks. Also the QPQ is a year old, but it doesn't look like you've used it for any other DYK nom, so should be good. Thanks for your work on the article! Dizzycheekchewer (talk) 06:53, 15 April 2026 (UTC)

Thanks for the review, Dizzycheekchewer. Made some edits to both the article and the hook with your suggestions in mind. Let me know if anything else is required.--NØ 03:50, 16 April 2026 (UTC)
User:MaranoFan Looks good on both counts, approved for Alt0, Alt1, and Alt3. Dizzycheekchewer (talk) 01:11, 17 April 2026 (UTC)
    • Support original or ALT1. ALT2 is uninteresting and ALT3 is not sourced well enough (the source is guesswork based on a song snippet.) I think ALT1 is slightly better as it gives the reader more context connecting the locks and the song. Not sure if the article is well-fleshed-out enough yet for DYK, but it meets all the eligibility requirements. I like octopusestalk to me, talk to me 04:43, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
(Clarifying my comment on ALT3: the phrasing as is violates WP:NOR by making claims about a song that is not supported by the source. The only way that would be valid is "...that a snippet from Olivia Rodrigo's song "Drop Dead" strays from..." which is a confusing construction and is, again, not very interesting. When the song comes out, if there are sources that actually do make this claim about the song as a whole, I'd be okay with ALT3 but still prefer original or ALT1.) Thanks for your input, I like octopuses. Since DYK does not work in a community discussion format, we don't generally support or oppose. I was curious if you might be willing to approve ALT1 at the nomination page? A DYKtick or DYKyes template needs to be there for the nomination to progress forward.--NØ 05:31, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
