Demon Knight (the person)
editWait, so Brayker is the Demon Knight? That doesn't make any sense; why would the people who are fighting the demons be given a title like that?
I interpreted "No one's ever brought a demon knight to the other side before" as a comment about the Collector himself falling in "love" (or, rather, "L.....") with Jeryline. The love comment fits with the theory that Brayker and Jeryline are Demon Knights, but the title in and of itself still doesn't make sense to me. EVula 15:56, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
Reply:
In the original script, Brayker was the Demon Knight. However, as the script was altered and refined, the Salesman became the main character instead of him, and hence the Demon Knight. That is as I understand it from Fangoria.
Reply: Demon Knight is a pun on Demon night, where the characters fought demons at night. User:Yoda 317 wrote this.
re: the disciple
editDoesn't it say he was a thief and his name or something? its been a LONG time since i have seen this flick but surely it wouldn't hurt to say "by a thief named blahblah" rather than the incorrect disciple comment or the new "it was filled" WookMuff 19:19, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
Key in all films
editI wanted to make a quick note about why I removed content claiming that they key was to appear in all of the proposed films, as it was to tie all the movies together. I couldn't find anything that backed this up. It looks like this was a rumor that got passed around so long people started to consider it as truth. I actually found evidence that suggested that it wasn't intended to appear in other films. For example, the key was not in the completed script for Dead Easy and there are some posts here and there where people mention interviews where the film creators also say that it wasn't going to appear - and that it only appeared in Bordello of Blood because they were pressed for time and needed a quick fix. Supposedly it wasn't initially going to appear in the movie.
In any case, because I can't really find anything concrete (ie, movie staff saying that it was to appear) and there's also talk to the contrary, I'm removing it. What I did find looked to be mirroring Wikipedia or were places I couldn't use as sourcing. If anyone can find anything concrete, definitely add it back.
