Renaming article "The Dead of Winter (2025 film)"
editHi, there's a 1987 film without the definite article in the official name, Dead of Winter. I bet most readers won't remember if the movie they want to read about has the article or not, so I would rename this 2025 film article as The Dead of Winter (2025 film). Correspondingly, the newer film's article should be Dead of Winter (1987 film). -- Puisque (talk) 06:06, 12 August 2025 (UTC)
- It seems the title of this article may need to be changed again, Vertical released the trailer and the name is just “Dead of Winter”, no “the”. Carsenegame (talk) 04:31, 14 August 2025 (UTC)

Why flood the cabin?
editAlthough nothing is stated by anyone in the movie, my guess is the thompson character puts out the fire and wets all possible sheets, blankets, etc. so that Camo Guy is unable to prevent Hypothermia and is therefore no longer a threat.
