Honorary Commander RN
editPost nominals (CMG)
editAt some point Daniel Craig's post-nominal CMG was dropped. While he is an American citizen, he is British also and so is entitled and styled as
Daniel Wroughton Craig CMG
I have made a similar edit on his List of awards and nominations page.
Use:
{{Post-nominals|country=GBR|CMG}}
Half brother
editDaniel Craig’s half brother is the philosopher Philip Blond. This is referenced on Blond’s own page and cited here https://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8381422.stm MichaelGibson2 (talk) 20:07, 25 February 2026 (UTC)
- Not half brother. According to this article, it says "
...enjoyed by his step brother - the James Bond actor Daniel Craig...
" (emphasis mine). Feel free to add it, though. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 20:14, 25 February 2026 (UTC)

The article James Blond has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Neither the character James Bond nor the actor Daniel Craig are known as "James Blond", notwithstanding the single citation of a CNN piece in the Daniel Craig article.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.
If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 09:20, 3 April 2026 (UTC)
