COI source?

A single study is referenced under the heading Creatine#Sports_injuries

According to several studies, creatine supplements decrease or at least do not increase the incidence of musculoskeletal injury, muscle cramping, and dehydration. In a study, creatine users had fewer incidences that non-users of muscle pulls/strains, muscle tightness, cramping, heat illness/dehydration, non-contact injuries, and total injuries/missed practices.

The study is credited to "International Society of Sports Nutrition", and doesn't seem to say whether they do or don't have any conflict of interest. ~2026-21905-67 (talk) 11:22, 9 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Creatine's effects on depression

edit

I have been trying to include more detailed information on the effects creatine has on depression. If anybody is aware of any good sources for this topic (that is acceptable per WP:RS), please do bring them up here or include them in the article! In the meantime, I will be doing my research on this issue and will add things in over time. HarvardJock🏫 (talk) 06:51, 23 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
