Conviva is a venture-backed, privately held company, offering services for online video optimization and online video analytics. Conviva is headquartered in Silicon Valley with offices in New York and London.

Proposed text:

Conviva is a privately held digital experience analytics company headquartered in Foster City, California.^[1] Founded in 2006 as Rinera Networks by Hui Zhang and Ion Stoica, the company originally focused on streaming video optimization before expanding into a digital intelligence platform serving eCommerce, travel, hospitality, software, and media and entertainment.^[2]

Conviva's platform monitors apps, websites, and AI agents using client-side telemetry and its patented Time-State Technology.^[3] The company is led by CEO Keith Zubchevich. In October 2025, Gartner named Conviva a Visionary in its Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Monitoring.^[4]
