Talk:Colombian peace process

Size and scope

edit

This article is simultaneously too long and too small in scope. It covers only the peace process between the Colombian government and the FARC during the presidency of Juan Manuel Santos and in too much detail for a single article. I think this phase of the peace process should be split into a separate article (or articles) with an appropriately-sized summary of it included here instead. This would make room for more information about the peace process during other administrations and with other groups along with the latest developments (such as Gustavo Petro's Total Peace initiative). Possible AI-generated content

edit

Concerns have been raised about AI-generated content in this article. This is a procedural talk page section to discuss it. The rationale given is: this 2025 edit and likely other edit by user; note WP:AISIGNS - undue emphasis on significance, vocab distro typical of LLM output of the time, etc Gnomingstuff (talk) 02:01, 9 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

I've already removed the AI-generated content specific to those edits and improved the wording in that section. However, I have not reviewed the total content of the article. If another editor confirms that the rest of the article has already been reviewed, the template could be removed. Brayan Jaimes (talk) 22:59, 9 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
