- I wholeheartedly disagree. What purpose does including the 'racial makeup' of an area serve? Besides the point that every time there is a new Census released, every 5 years, the data would have to updated for each area (neighbourhood, suburb). Jimj wpg (talk) 03:07, 1 April 2020 (UTC)
Proposed merge of Ridgedale, Winnipeg into Charleswood, Winnipeg

- Support @Rosguill: It seems to be sub-sub-unit within a district and is non-notable per long established consensus. I wonder why it was put up. Its seems to be predominantly white - is it is political reason? It seems odd. scope_creepTalk 08:07, 13 January 2024 (UTC)
- Suggest a Redirect to Charleswood, Winnipeg instead. I'm not sure what information could be merged, considering the only source about Ridgedale is the 2021 statistics documents. WP:NPLACE presumes notability of legally recognized populated places, but Ridgedale only seems to be a neighbourhood for statistical purposes. Sionk (talk) 13:46, 13 January 2024 (UTC)
- Comment @Rosguill: I noticed there is this article: South Tuxedo, Winnipeg, which again is predominantly white. Something seems to be going on. Should that be redirected back to Tuxedo, Winnipeg? Seems to be the sensisble move. scope_creepTalk 09:27, 17 January 2024 (UTC)

- It's not clear that all of these are in Charleswood; might it be better to move to the page to the ward name, Charleswood - Tuxedo - Westwood, which might then be a better home for the smaller articles? Klbrain (talk) 17:22, 9 August 2024 (UTC)
