editAdded more sources to address both flagged issues: notability and additional citations needed. Buchanan is notable enough, in my opinion, to warrant a page - he is an NBA GM. Near every other GM has a page, that's actually what prompted me to make the page. And based on the multiple secondary sources criteria, he is notable enough as well.
