In the late 1990s and early 2000s, CCAP assisted in designing the Clean Development Mechanism of the Kyoto Protocol, an international agreement that spanned more than 15 years until its replacement by the 2015 Paris Agreement.

From 2016 to 2023, CCAP worked to develop and implement Colombia’s transit-oriented development NAMA.
