This page is a biography of Carl Sargent but the last paragraph purports to be an evaluation of the merits of Extra Sensory Perception. It has no place on this page as it is not biography.

FreeBMD has Sargent born in Caerleon: I tried to add this, and his PhD subject, using this source, but it was reverted per WP:BLOG. Unfortunate, as that essay about Sargent is quite interesting in its own right. All the other online sources I can find, which mention Caerleon, look like blogs or fansites.
