I mean, yes, he is in both mediums (comic and TV) but he is of little importance to the overall storyline and, as a character himself, is a recurring guest star who has had extremely limited dialogue and screentime.
I don't believe there's enough here to justify an entire article for the character, so maybe it's best to delete this. - Molcoo (talk) 19:31, 17 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Is it "Ceasar" as in the article title (which would be an incorrect spelling), or "Caesar" as in the text of the article (which is the correct spelling)? Since it's a proper name, what matters is how it was spelled in the comics, not what the standard correct spelling is. MayerG (talk) 06:57, 2 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
