Merger proposal

edit

I propose that China Movie Channel (organisation) be merged into China Movie Channel, it's completely the same thing. Timmyshin (talk) 03:01, 27 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hey! Just wanted to say you’ve done a really nice job improving the China Movie Channel article. The way you explain its dual role—being both state-run and entertainment-focused—comes across clearly, and the background on CCTV-6 and its relation to the broader CCTV network is really helpful. One small thought: some of the wording like “propaganda outlet” might sound a bit strong, so softening it a little could help keep the tone more neutral and in line with Wikipedia guidelines. Also, it could be interesting to see a bit more detail on the CHC channels and what kind of content they feature. A few more citations wouldn’t hurt either, just to back up some of the facts. But overall, it’s a solid contribution—well-written and informative. Looking forward to seeing what else you add! 白诗棋 (talk) 04:14, 26 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
