Chancellor or Vice-Chancellor?

Both references provided say he was the Chancellor. The article on the University of Hertfordshire says he was the Chancellor. Why does 86.186.206.82 insist that he was actually the vice-chancellor? ubiquity (talk) 20:37, 30 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
