The factoid about KFC mistranslating their tagline in China does not seem to have a reliable source.
The article cited as a source starts a chain of business "listicles" eventually ending in [this page,](https://www.businessnewsdaily.com/5241-international-marketing-fails.html) which does not provide any kind of source to its claim.
Furthermore, it seems like there are no original Chinese sources where the mistranslated tagline is used by the company. There are only articles claiming that this happened, translated from English.
