Allegations section
editI reduced the quote in the allegations section, as the additional parts don't appear in the referenced sources. In addition I've dropped a note on the BLP notice board to try and get someone with more knowledge of the relevant policies to have a look at the section. - I've gone through trying not make sure everything is properly referenced. I've also added a couple of details, and an additional source for the litigation aholes.
