This is a very misleading article
editThis is a very misleading article. How come there is no mention in this article that Russell Hobbs owns North American licensing for kitchen products manufactured with the Black & Decker name? They may own other rights, as well. Shouldn't there be some mention of how the Black & Decker company was a large company, that manufactured a very wide variety of products, but was broken into various pieces with assorted rights governing the manufacture of their large product line. The engineering quality that was long associated with Black & Decker was discarded when it was purchased by Russell Hobbs, which in turn, was purchased by Salton, for example, while they retained the brand name because of its marketing reach. But that should either be in this article or point to another article by being mentioned here, and in a SEE ALSO referral. But that's just one example. The breakup of the Black & Decker manufacturing realm needs to be fully articulated somewhere in Wikipedia, with the necessary pointers, for interested readers to gather all of the information and consequences of that historic breakup. All of the regions and products using the Black & Decker name, and the associated owners of Black & Decker should be credibly listed in Wikipedia, so that Wikipedia, as an encyclopedia, is not misrepresenting the history of this company, as it is doing here with this article.
