The French sources suggest that the 127, like its forerunner the 117, was designed as an escort fighter (cf refs in Blériot 117, up soon, and in aviafrance), a bomber defender rather than a bomber. Did this role change in service?TSRL (talk) 22:16, 24 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
