Merge proposal
editI have no idea whether Begtse-chen aka Prana Atma and Begtse-Mahakala are "the same" or not, if they are "erroneously" or "colloquially" or "actually" identified, and whether the claim of a "Mongol war god" origin has any merit. It would perhaps be best to gather as little actual sources as this has and, for better or worse, merge it into Mahakala. --dab (đł) 10:28, 2 September 2013 (UTC)
- Elisabetta Chiodo (2000, p. 149, footnote 11) seems to be a reliable source ragarding the origins of the deity. --Omnipaedista (talk) 17:35, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
God of War: Laufey
editBegtse is making a significant appearance in the upcoming Santa Monica Studios game God of War: Laufey. Begtse's Wikipedia page should now include a 'pop-culture references' section if possible. ~2026-33065-16 (talk) 19:36, 3 June 2026 (UTC)
