– No clear primary topic, the hamlet has 60 views but the York one has 40, the Hutton Rudby one has 38 and the colour has 8,616[]. Per WP:DABNAME we don't need the article in the title of the DAB. There are a number of other pubs called "Bay Horse" see Commons:Category:Bay Horse pubs in England. WP:UKPLACE would suggest Bay Horse, Lancashire however there are a number of pubs in Lancashire, see Commons:Category:Bay Horse pubs in Lancashire such as Commons:Category:Bay Horse, Arkholme which is a listed building (and so is probably notable) and is also in the Lancaster district (so would also be ambiguous with Bay Horse, Lancaster) and the hamlet is apparently named after the pub in the hamlet so Bay Horse, Ellel would also be ambiguous.
