While looking for references for this article I noticed a bunch of sites with the wikipedia article, word for word. This is a chicken/egg prob. here, and I'm unsure which it is. V. difficult to make decisions here when there are no references. One site had the commons license at the bottom.a I'll try to find some references for some of the details, but this page may require a rewrite.
