This article is a bit strange. There is a long list of affiliations supported by dead links, or linking to pages which do not support the claims made. It at a minimum needs tidying up. Possibly elements are exaggerated, or even a hoax. Murphyjrichards (talk) 10:01, 13 November 2018 (UTC)

"Chairman of Intelligence Capital Limited". Website dead. No obvious current sources. Companies House suggests no longer carrying on business.
"Non-exec Chairman, Elara Capital" confirmed by their website. http://www.elaracapital.com/our-firm/board-of-directors. Ideally need a better source
"Senior Fellow Caribbean Policy Research Institute". Can't find any sources. CPRI website has nothing http://capricaribbean.org/search/node/persaud

- This article is really very bad and doenst reflect the importance of Avinash Persaus, who was advisor of Mia Amor Mottley and her Bridgetown Initiative, a plan for financing investments in developing countries which are affected by climate change.
