We don't use the honorifics in titles, and even such titles are usually omitted in the body. Such titles are rarely used like we have for Mufti Mahmud. UserNumber since you've contributed significantly to this article, are you sure the usage of Moulana is in compliance with WP:COMMONNAME. Just asking, I propose that this article be moved to Athar Ali Bengali (if helpful, if supported by sources) or just disambiguate through Athar Ali (scholar).
