edit@user:Raghav.khattar, avoid such disruptive reverts, instead categorise accordingly to avoid overwhelming main categories :( btw: as commented by you, quotation, "because Ashok Chopra no longer lives in Chandigarh. It is more appropriate to categorise him as an Indian writer" ...
