Merging with VoIP
editI disagree with merging this article with VoIP as the "area code 000" isn't used only for VoIP services, but can also indicate a telemarketing system calling in as well. Steven Williamson (HiB2Bornot2B) - talk 15:16, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

AT&T legacy had something called 'Double "0" info'.
editThis is the commercial.
- AT&T 00 Info Stalker 90s Commercial (1999). It was so that- if you were in an area where AT&T wasn't the incumbent phone provider, but lt's say you had AT&T as your long distance provider you could bypass the ILEC operator and reach AT&T as your "4-1-1" instead. - What has this to do with the article at hand? Nothing. kbrose (talk) 01:59, 12 October 2025 (UTC)
