Annette Dolphin has passed away

edit
Please update the article to reflect that Annette Dolphin died on 26 January 2026, as stated in a public post by her husband, William Frith, on LinkedIn. The post also states she wished the background to be made public to raise awareness of Lynch syndrome and similar disorders.
