Military

edit

The Military section is repetitive and inconsistent. When I have a little time, I'll try to tidy it up. jxm (talk) 06:21, 22 December 2025 (UTC) jxm (talk) 06:21, 22 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

This sentence needs help

"The inhabitants of the valleys were traditionally associated with the Iberians and historically located in Andorra as the Iberian tribe Andosins or Andosini (Ἀνδοσίνους) during the 7th and 2nd centuries BC"

This is confusing. Do "tradtionally" and "historically" mean different things here? Why only the 7th and 2nd centuries BCE? PaulBx (talk) 15:50, 6 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

"developed some current toponyms"

edit

Unclear writing. Does this mean "coined some toponyms that are still in use today"? PaulBx (talk) 15:51, 6 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

It is a weird article.

edit

The article talks about the introduction of a "capitalist economy" into Andorra in the 1940s - this is odd as the economy had always been "capitalist" - i.e. based on private ownership and voluntary trade.

Also the article does not include important historical events in Andorra, such as the introduction, by the government, of the Social Security system in 1966, or the more recent introduction of Value Added Tax. ~2026-56337-4 (talk) 13:59, 5 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

Capitalist economy probably refers to the boom of the commerce and banking sectors, outgrowing the typical rural activities. --Jotamar (talk) 17:50, 7 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
