Really interesting, I will review this. 🍗TheNuggeteer🍗 (My "blotter") 00:03, 4 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

Lead

edit
  • Add how the investigation was done
  • subsequently striking remove "subsequently"
  • before climbing I think you should change this to "taking off" or "launching"; climbing is the wrong term here.

Background

edit
  • Marathon operated aircraft for five other airlines at the time of the accident why is this placed this early?
  • Aside from the jet involved in the accident redundant with "another"
  • Source 4 cannot be accessed
The archive is okay, did a minor change. 🍗TheNuggeteer🍗 (My "blotter") 02:40, 5 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
  • Please link "Vienna" and "Belgrade"

Accident

edit
  • 2-hour, 10-minute flight I do not see this in the source
  • 2,347 should be 2,349
  • 1,234 should be 1,273

Investigation

edit
  • complicated by the involvement → complicated due to the involvement
  • I meant it in the sense of 'to complicate — make something more complicated', so it's grammatically correct. I prefer my version because it's safe to assume the involvement of 5 countries was not the primary reason the investigation of Serbia's most serious passenger aviation accident was complicated. JustARandomSquid (talk) 21:29, 4 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
  • pilot error, however also criticises → pilot error, but also criticised
I've rewritten the sentence to be a bit clearer, the report criticised the airport procedures, not the investigation per se. The verbs match now. JustARandomSquid (talk) 21:29, 4 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

Aftermath

edit

I see nothing wrong here.
