Murder of Katie Simpson: reference removed per WP:BLP

We arguably should have an article on this case; the name of the probable murderer, Jonathan Cresswell (he was found dead during the trial), does not appear to be on Wikipedia (and Katie Simpson is on a different person), so it appears we don't cover it at all. Lyle was previously his girlfriend and has described domestic abuse at his hands in a documentary about the case, but that material shouldn't be crammed into this article, which doesn't even have a personal life section. I have accordingly removed this reference, which was added as a bare link additional ref to the opening sentence: Holland, Kitty (12 July 2025). "Olympian Abigail Lyle's abuse at the hands of Jonathan Creswell: 'He hit my head off the window, off the dashboard'". The Irish Times. Archived from the original on 14 July 2025.
