• New, in time, long enough, sourced, no apparent copyvios, QPQs done. ALT0 checks out and is, I think, the most interesting of them. Note also that I don't see ALT1 backed up by the source used in the article (#6), and my general understanding is that "firsts" hooks (like ALT2) are no longer encouraged. Crisco 1492, I don't suppose there's any additional information out there on why he was adopted in the first place? --Usernameunique (talk) 02:41, 14 June 2026 (UTC)
  • "First" is cited to [1], which is the Kompas article linked above. That being said, I'm fine with not running a "first" hook. As for the adoption, unfortunately, biographical data is sparse. It was not unusual, though reasons varied; in cases like S. Sudjojono, it was because the family was poor, and the parents were still in contact.  — Chris Woodrich (talk) 04:26, 14 June 2026 (UTC)
