Hi, I previously made some comments on the last GA review of this article and wish to finish a proper review. I take it mine (and others') previous concerns have been addressed so this shouldn't be too long of a process. Will add my comments here in the next few days. --JackFromWisconsin (talk | contribs) 20:28, 11 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

@Ali Beary Hi, I have most of my comments now written. Whenever you have time please work on them or ask questions and we can get Aaron Burr to GA-class! I might be adding a few extra comments if I notice things further, and at the end I'll to a final check and source spot-check. But feel free to start working on these now if you're able. • All quotations are directly cited Green tickY
  • Lead is an appropriately long summary of the article, covers all main points Green tickY
  • The Death section feels short and missing details or context.
  • I've placed several citation needed templates on paragraphs without citations at the end.
  • Reference #97 Stewart, (2011). doesn't cite a page number, nor is it in the shortened footnote style used in the rest of the page.
  • Reference #114 Hoffer 2008 doesn't cite a page number.
  • Reference #132 Tisdale 2001. doesn't cite a page number.
  • Reference #162 Kennedy 2000 doesn't cite a page number
  • All images are freely licensed Green tickY
  • In the duel section, I don't think the illustration needs this in the caption "In the duel, Burr shot Hamilton in his liver and spine, resulting in injuries that later proved fatal", as that is mentioned in the section directly to its left. (Fixed! Please make sure it's okay.)
  • All other image captions are good Green tickY
  • This last paragraph in the Legacy section feels quite short "Burr is also sometimes seen as one of the Founding Fathers of the United States, although this characterization is unusual." I feel this can be expanded a bit to explain why its unusual to consider him a Founding Father.
