editPlease upload a video of the full short to Wikimedia Commons, specifically the restored version from the One Way Passage Blu-ray. The Media Expert (talk) 19:32, 31 January 2026 (UTC)
- If I understand correctly, the film is still under copyright, which means it can't be made available on Commons. If Rudolf Ising is its author (as far as copyright is concerned), the film will be under copyright until 2062, 70 years after Ising's death. But I may be completely wrong, I don't know much about copyright. — Chrisahn (talk) 22:48, 31 January 2026 (UTC)
- Maybe I'm wrong. A few short films are available in commons:Category:Animated cartoons by Rudolf Ising. — Chrisahn (talk) 22:52, 31 January 2026 (UTC)
- The truth is that the cartoon fell into the public domain in 1961 as United Artists neglected to renew the copyright for the short. The Media Expert (talk) 15:18, 13 February 2026 (UTC)
- Sounds good! In that case, I guess you could download it from YouTube (several copies are available) or somewhere else and upload it to Commons. — Chrisahn (talk) 15:50, 13 February 2026 (UTC)
- I think @Go D. Usopp could do this as they have been uploading title cards and video files to Commons since December 2025. The Media Expert (talk) 15:21, 16 February 2026 (UTC)
