RVN split-off
editThere is an awful lot of information on RVN-2, especially given that it's not even related to the article at hand. I don't want to delete it since it's quite valuable so what I think would be the best idea would be to split it off into an article on the former TV station. timgraham 10:19, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
- All information regarding Prime Television's history in Victoria should be included in this article. Information about RVN should be able to co-exist with information about AMV. Upon aggregation most callsigns were merged with others, and AMV today consists of stations from RVN. Stickeylabel 06:19, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
- Nup. The reason I was proposing it was because a) RVN, while related to Prime in Victoria is/was actually located in Wagga, which is in New South Wales; b) AMV and RVN are completely seperate now - they demerged from each other upon aggregation; and c) RVN was actually absorbed into CBN. That said I can see now how some of the info from this article could be transferred to the CBN one - it just seems to me that RVN is caught between the two. timgraham 06:54, 12 September 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned references in AMV (TV station)
editI check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of AMV (TV station)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "atvh-90s":
- From Prime7: "Prime Television 1990s". AusTVHistory. Archived from the original on 2 January 2008. Retrieved 17 September 2007.
- From Seven Network: Ross-Hulands, Brooklyn. "Seven Network 1990s". AusTVHistory. Archived from the original on 26 June 2007. Retrieved 27 June 2007.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. Feel free to remove this comment after fixing the refs. AnomieBOT⚡ 19:34, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
