Hello, I am requesting a factual update to this article to reflect the current ownership of the building.
The third paragraph of this article already notes that the building was acquired by AHS Properties in early 2025. However, the Infobox and the introductory paragraph still list the previous owner and developer. I would appreciate it if an editor could harmonize the article's lead and Infobox with the existing citations.
1. Update to the Introductory Paragraph
- Current text: "The building is owned privately by Daro Saifuddin Yaqoub.[6]"
- Proposed text: "The building is currently owned by AHS Properties, founded by Abbas Sajwani, following its acquisition in early 2025."
- Reference to use: Please reuse the existing Arabian Business citation already in the article: [1]
2. Update to the Infobox
- Current text: `| developer = Remamco Real Estate`
- Proposed text: `| developer = AHS Properties`
