copyright claims
editThe article claims a couple of times that "the 55 fiction concept" is copyrighted. However, concepts cannot be copyrighted, only particular expressions of those concepts can (see, in fact, Wikipedia's own article on copyright).
Possibly the actual impediment is that the term "55 fiction" itself is a trademark, or possibly (although it seems dubious) the claim has been advanced that any 55-word short story is a derivative work of the original ones, and thus protected under the copyrights to those stories.
