Driver changes
editCan someone please give the driver changes section a tidy up, we have repeats all over the show. Only need drivers to be mentioned once so cutting it down to a smaller amount would be easier on the eyes. ConcordeAAIB (talk) 09:00, 15 October 2025 (UTC)
- Don't know if I'd agree - I quite like the format as it is now, where you get a full picture when only reading one team's paragraph, knowing where former drivers went and who replaced them without having to skim all other paragraphs to find a mention of the former driver. Sure, we could reduce the wording, but I don't see the problem in the repetition. Hmnphl (talk) 11:40, 15 October 2025 (UTC)
- Have a look at other motorsport pages for reference on how to do it correctly without it being a eyesore. I'll link them below.
- 2025 NASCAR Cup Series
- 2025 Formula One World Championship
- 2025-26 Formula E World Championship
- 2025 NTT IndyCar Series
- That should give you enough idea on how it's usually done :) ConcordeAAIB (talk) 05:44, 23 October 2025 (UTC)
- "How it's usually done" and you give me three completely different examples in four articles - NASCAR reporting on every rumor and using subheaders for every different type of move, IndyCar ordering moves by date and F1/FE forming paragraphs based on moves and other moves resulting from them, not tied to teams or anything else. Which is the "correct" way then? And while your subjective opinion might call the F3 page an "eyesore", I personally find the IndyCar example much worse, with the emphasis on dates which add nothing of value. Adding Driver Development Program
editI think it would save people a lot of clicks if we had an image of the f1 team they are assoicated with when going through the roster or making its own section ~2026-17519-01 (talk) 15:40, 20 March 2026 (UTC)
