Supply Powers Act 1975

The Supply Powers Act 1975 (c. 9) is an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments relating to the powers of the Secretary of State to acquire, produce, and dispose of materials and services for the public service in the United Kingdom.[1]
