Composition and lyrics
edit"Stuck in My Head" is a nu rock track combining elements reminiscent of Linkin Park with pop-rock hooks. Frontman Cullen Moore sings with an R&B-influenced style throughout the song. The lyrics are about feeling nostalgic and how a song you know well can suddenly bring back memories of a past relationship.[3] Kerrang! stated that the song reflects a songwriter who grew up listening to Michael Jackson and Bobby Brown, while still maintaining a rock sound.[4]
