editSeAH Besteel Holdings announced the establishment of a U.S.-based special alloy manufacturing subsidiary on May 16, 2024. On July 9, 2024, the company signed an investment agreement with the City of Temple, Texas, detailing plans for the construction of a new manufacturing facility.[2] The production plant in Temple is scheduled to be completed in 2026.[3]
