editSaint-Vincent-Sterlanges lies in the Vendée département at thirty kilometers far from La Roche-sur-Yon. Le Petit Lay flaws in Saint-Vincent-Sterlanges and forms the coastal river le Lay by meeting le Grand Lay in Chantonnay.
