Presidential Administration of Moldova

The Administration of the President of the Republic of Moldova (Romanian: Aparatul Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova) is a state administration body of Moldova that supervises the implementation of the resolutions of the President. The Presidential Administration of Moldova is the public authority that provides organizational, legal, informational and technical assistance to the activity of the President in order to exercise the prerogatives provided for by the Constitution and other laws.[1] It was formed on January 16, 1997 by President Petru Lucinschi with up to 65 personnel.[2]
