Question about reference

Could someone give me a reference about the "official" start as end of the 2024–25 South-West Indian Ocean cyclone season. It is said in the text: 15 November 2024 to 30 April 2025, with the exception for Mauritius and the Seychelles, for which it will end on 15 May 2025. However, I could not find a weblink to corroborate that.
Image and path maps of Invest
edit2003 LN6 capture images and generate path maps for non developing Invest such as File:Invest 93S 2026 path.png (originally named File:TD 93S 2026 path.png even it never was called by MFR La Réunion). It is confusing to treat such system the same as if it was a confirmed Tropical system. What are the rules here?
