Polyacryl Esfahan Football Club (Persian: باشگاه فوتبال پلی اکریل اصفهان) was a defunct football club based in Isfahan, Iran. Founded in 1981, the club competed in the Azadegan League, Iran's top professional football division, for three seasons from 1995 to 1998.
