Parun District (Dari: ولسوالی پارون; Pashto: پارون ولسوالۍ; Prasun: Vâsi) is one of the districts of Nuristan Province in eastern Afghanistan.[2] The district center is Parun, which has an estimated population of 11,563 people.[1].
