Overseas Resources Development Act 1959

The Overseas Resources Development Act 1959 (7 & 8 Eliz. 2. c. 23) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments relating to the Colonial Development Corporation.[1]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 18(1) of, and schedule 2 to, the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1978, which came into force on 23 April 1978.[3]
