Nir District (Persian: بخش نیر) is in Taft County, Yazd province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Nir.[3]

History
editAfter the 2006 National Census, Garizat[a] and Kahduiyeh Rural Districts were separated from the district in the formation of Garizat District.[4]
