As of May 2025, the German Air Force operates 9 Patriot systems.[133]
The systems in service are upgraded to PAC-3 standard, and it is equipped with PAC-2 and PAC-3 CRI missiles in service. Germany has also PAC-3 MSE and PAC-2 GEM-T missiles on order.
The launchers will be converted to be capable to operate the PAC-3 MSE missiles.[134][135]
